Zanele Motsepe is an Educator by profession, who grew up in the West Rand of Johannesburg and matriculated from Randfontein High School. She is a graduate from Wits University with a B. Ed (Honours), later obtaining a PDE (Post Graduated Diploma in Education, Master’s level) in Educational Policy and Curriculum Issues. While at Wits University, Zanele was an active member of the SASCO (Media Officer) and served in various leadership structures including the: Student Representative Council as the Residence Officer (SRC). She was the Chairperson of Medhurst Female residence and Education Student Council (ESC). She is passionate about emancipation of women and community development. She enjoys cooking and taking pictures (one day hopes to become a professional photographer).
