Nombuso Mathibela holds a BA (LLB) from the University of Cape Town. In her final year, she focused on Critical Legal Studies, looking at the predicaments in legal education, pedagogy and the epistemic structural violence embedded in Competition Law. Her primary areas of interest include black feminist philosophy, African feminist thought and the debates around law and decolonisation. She has experience in student activism, and is passionate about political education for the purposes of strengthening student movements in South Africa.
